This is an excellent opportunity to join the senior management team at Maidenbower Specialist Day Centre as a Care Officer promoting and enabling customers to be engaged in The Day Centre and their local community to the best of their ability.

You will be responsible for contributing to the supervision of the day to day operation of the service which focuses on person centred practise for customers who have high levels of dependency or complex needs.

In the absence of the Manager and the Assistant Manager, you will need to take responsibility for the Centre, referring to a senior member of the team (possibly at one of the other Centres) if necessary.

You will need to be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and be able to work efficiently when under pressure. You will need to allocate work tasks to staff, and good IT skills are essential for this role.
