Role: Ward Manager

Salary: up to £45k

Search Medical is partnering with a nationally recognised private hospital that is looking to appoint a Ward Manager to join their team.

The Ward Manager will have overall responsibility to manage a 40 bed ward specialising in orthopaedic care pre and post surgery.

Job responsibilities:
• Responsible for the operational delivery of patient care
• Work alongside the hospital team to ensure CQC compliance
• Provide leadership to the inpatient team
• To lead the patient environment and cleanliness issues
• Develop on continuous improvement of clinical standards
• Lead, develop and supervise a team of qualified and support staff
