Continuous Improvement Analyst – West Sussex – Up to £50k – Plus Benefits

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to work closely with business areas to identify, analyse and implement improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and deliver improvement initiatives and opportunities.
• Facilitate and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce strong Visual Management, providing visibility, to track and monitor savings and benefits to ensure measurable efficiencies.
• Support the team to create and embed a continuous improvement framework.
• Produce key deliverables and outputs in line with the business change framework.

You will need to have a formal qualification in Lean Six Sigma, and a formal qualification in business analysis and changed management. You will also need to be able to demonstrate experience Lean/Continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
