A fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor has opened up at a well-respected and very forward thinking Legal 500 Firm based near the London/Kent border. This is great opportunity to handle a high quality and varied caseload whilst obtaining an excellent work life balance.

The role will involve handling a wide spectrum of employment matters including both contentious and non contentious files. You will have to advise their corporate clients on TUPE on corporate transactions, employment tribunals, redundancies and reviewing and updating employment documentation.

The ideal candidate will be NQ -3 PQE but people outside this range will be still considered. You must have experience handling both contentious and non contentious employment matters, particularly respondent work. Experience developing business in previous roles is not essential but preferred.
