My client, a leading regional Legal 500 firm in Sussex, are looking to bring in a Commercial Property partner to lead their commercial property team based in Crawley. Due to the teams success in 2015 they are looking to bring in a senior member to the team to manage this growth of this area of the business and be apart of the firms senior decision making team.

The role will involve you playing a leading role in the teams and the firms business development strategy and implementation as well as the management and development of the commercial property team as a a whole. You will also be responsible for handling the higher value and more complex work and effectively delegating the rest of the commercial property work effectively.

You must have experience leading, managing and developing a commercial property team in a previous role in, preferably, a City firm or leading regional Legal 500 firm. You must be able to think laterally and have a creative flair for business development. A client following would be advantageous but not essential.
