Cophall Parking Gatwick is an award winning, family run business providing parking facilities for passengers of Gatwick Airport. Based in Copthorne, we are now looking to expand our team and are actively looking for a Part-time Receptionists for both our day and night shifts.

Day/Night Shift Receptionists (2 posts) 36 hours per week with a variety of shift patterns available


The main duties of the job are:
• Checking and confirming booking details with the customer as they arrive and return into Reception, this will involve the utilisation of strong customer service skills and undertaking the receptionists' tasks efficiently and accurately.
• To respond promptly to customer bookings and enquiries either over the telephone or via online and processing paperwork, payments and inputting customer information accordingly as requested.
• To respond promptly to customer queries and emails ensuring that this is done concisely and in a professional manner.
• Checking for and updating as necessary correct vehicle details, key tag and system information.
• Greeting all service visitors at reception, signing them in and directing them to the correct department
• Providing general office administration support to include organisation of incoming post, franking of outgoing post, etc.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office, plus experience of data entry.

You will have proven customer service skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to problem solve and work independently.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
