Harvey John HR recruitment is working exclusively with a prestigious company based in Reigate who is currently looking for an immediately available HR Assistant to start with them ASAP to cover a period of maternity! The main purpose of the role is to deliver an effective and professional HR Service to the Sectors, which is customer focussed and in line with Company policy. To Support the HR Business Partner in delivering an effective and professional HR service to the Sector.

Duties will include:
? Setting up and maintaining personnel files including chasing missing documentation and archiving as required. Entering new starters, changes to terms and conditions and leavers on the spreadsheets. Providing management information/reports.
? Assisting with project work as required
? Assisting with the co-ordination and administration of annual salary and bonus' for the sector. Dealing with retirement cheques
? Giving training, guidance, advice and help to all other users of the database.
? Liaise and work closely with payroll to ensure efficiency and accuracy is maintained.
? Producing weekly / monthly Contracts of Employment and all accompanying information/documentation ensuring all are checked for accuracy.
? Inputting data and training needs onto the database from Job Reviews and Training and Development forms.
