Reporting to the Buying Manager

Main responsibilities:
• Source ranges for this new product area by using existing and new suppliers
• Driving sales through effective range planning and briefing
• Building and maintaining supply base
• Margin improvement through price negotiation
• Plan and present strategy and selection meetings ensuring relevant information is available including presentation boards, samples, sales analysis, prices, discontinuations, competitor information
• Maintain product development critical path
• Negotiate supplier terms
• Set retail price structure through awareness of the market place
• Far East visits to progress product ranges and build supplier relationships
