I am a retired lorry driver looking for support to enable me to live independently. I had a stroke eleven years ago which has affected my left side and I am now reliant on a wheelchair.

The work involves supporting me with the early morning routine including personal care tasks, housework, laundry and social activities. I am a heavy smoker so will be looking to employ someone who is able to work in a smoking environment.
