We are looking for a highly capable and commercially aware individual to deliver and strategically develop the restaurant and catering operation at our Arundel Centre.
You will have a passion for food which will drive your ambition to develop private and corporate functions, whilst maintaining the highest of standards in public catering.
This demanding role involves the daily management of the catering team, ensuring that all staff adhere to current legislation and you will have the ability to confidently manage and exceed targeted budgets.
Experience of managing a high volume, high quality customer focused catering operation is essential and will be supported by a catering qualification of HND standard or equivalent. The ability to communicate, motivate and use IT effectively is essential, as is the need to have an empathy with our conservation work.
37.5 hours per week (including weekends/bank holidays & evenings)
