Sales & Marketing Executive

£23,000 - £25,000 + good benefits including pension, healthcare, insurance, discounts, 25 days holiday

Reporting into the Director of B2B Sales, the Sales & Marketing Executive will be supporting agents and customers in order to increase their desire to sell the company's services and products, as well as a Sales team of 4 people, aiding them in achieving their targets, as well as controlling the email marketing function to all B2B worldwide customers.

Duties will include:

• Design and copy of email marketing, segmentation of database
• Design of Event and conference invitations
• Coordinate production of PoS, Brochures, adverts and images, assist with press releases
• Reporting effectiveness of all marketing activity
• Manage all incoming emails and calls to the sales teams
• Setting up new accounts and commercial terms, including e-doc agreements
• Maintain accurate records on all clients, agents and suppliers including contracts
• Provide support to the sales teams, sales stats, and promotional campaigns
• Report on marketing budget and spend

Skills / Experience:

• Previous experience within a sales and marketing team
• Highly organised, confident to push back with sales team
• MSOffice including PowerPoint; Intermediate Excel for reporting
• Email Marketing tools – Mailchimp or similar
• Accurate inputting record keeping
• Creative flair – Adobe Suite – Photoshop or Illustrator would be beneficial
